Once again we felt that we experienced a “divine appointment” when we visited the Father’s House church in Minneapolis, Minnesota, temporarily meeting in a high school. They were celebrating their 100th Sunday as a church! Some of Cyndie’s extended family attends the church and we were finally able to attend and meet the pastor Londa Lundstrom. She is a dynamic speaker and loves the Word! We were privileged to serve as the Chairman of the Missions Department at Trinity Bible College while Lowell Lundstrom, Londa’s father, was chancellor. We also had mutual friends in Carl and Betty Maltz whom we met as missionaries many years ago. We felt a wonderful presence of the Holy Spirit and the open-armed love of all the members, greeters and pastors. We found out that they have felt need to start a Spanish-speaking congregation and had just been discussing it with the staff the day before. We are eager to help through Global University and to share from our extensive years of teaching and training in the Spanish language. I realized not long ago (this year) that it has been 50 years since I took my first pastorate, as Spanish church in Waxahachie, Texas, in the Latin American District of the Assemblies of God.
